Junior Sail History

The Waukegan Yacht Club Youth Foundation continues the long history of commitment to youth boating started in 1966 by the yacht club’s Junior Sail Program. By providing scholarships, water safety education and operational and equipment expenses, the Foundation can ensure the benefits of the program for youth throughout the community.

The Foundation is a non-profit, 501(c)(3) charitable organization.
