In the interest of reduced paper consumption and better record keeping, WYCYF Junior Sail is doing our part by moving our Background Information and Registration forms online. A completed registration has 3 steps.

Completing THIS form (Contact & Family Information).
- Complete/Update the Session Registration Form. (link for revisions at left)
- Download, complete, and return the Signature Form & Code of Conduct. (emailed upon completion of Contact Information Form)
This form must be completed by a legal guardian for the children listed.
To save families time, the Contact Information Form only needs to be filled out ONCE per family. Session Registration Form can be submitted at multiple times and points throughout the season as need arises.
