Expanded program offerings
This year, Junior Sail has added KinderSail and Racing Team options, as well as extended the program so it starts earlier and ends later in the summer to accommodate more school schedules.

Register on or before April 9 (date of our Annual Spaghetti Dinner Fundraiser) and receive
- 1 hour private lesson per child
- 1 gear bag raffle entry per child (drawing on April 9 – during Spaghetti Dinner event)
Register by May 7 (date of our Annual Spring Fling get-together and parent information session) and receive
- 1 hour private lesson per child
Conveniently located at Waukegan Harbor at the Waukegan Yacht Club
We hold our classes at Waukegan Yacht Club, but you do not need to be a Yacht Club member to participate. Waukegan Harbor is an easy drive from the north, west and south. A number of our students take the Metra train up from the North Shore every morning. We can make arrangements to have a sail instructor meet your children at the station and walk the two short blocks to the Yacht Club.
